Tree Essence was founded in 1995 by Tony Parker who understood that many of his clients were looking for beautifully crafted, unique solutions for their homes, and kitchens in particular.

The Tree Essence design philosophy is based on creating fine interiors to suit individual tastes, with the emphasis firmly on quality and durability of both form and function. Whether the style is classic or contemporary, traditional or rustic, all their hand made furnishings are of the highest calibre. Specialising in timber, materials such as wrought iron, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, concrete and plaster are combined in some designs.
Tree Essence is committed to protecting the environment and works with plantation grown or recycled timber wherever feasible.

Custom Cabinetry & Joinery
Tree Essence’s commitment to quality, attention to detail and design flexibility is evident in all their creations. They are able to work directly with a client to develop their own ideas, or with an interior designer and/or architect to realise their vision. They are able to custom-make almost anything from joinery and cabinetry to furniture and fittings, and in doing so achieve a completely one-off solution.

Classic Furniture & Fittings
As well as custom-made furniture and joinery, Tree Essence has released a range of its classic pieces. Tables for coffee or dining, Shaker-style chairs, plate racks and even spice racks are now available online. Crafted using age-old techniques and of the highest quality, these pieces are tomorrow’s antiques.
